A new home is most likely the largest single investment anyone makes during his or her lifetime. Whether your prospective new home is a condo, starter home, or the custom home of your dreams, you can rest assured knowing the condition of the mechanical and structural components prior to closing the deal.

Our trained, professional inspector will meet you at the prospective home usually within 24 hours of ordering the inspection. We do a thorough investigative analysis of all exposed mechanical and structural components. We offer energy conservation tips, a safety and security check, and maintenance suggestions for the upkeep of your new home. All inspections are performed to meet the American Society of Home Inspectors standards.

Our comprehensive report will be evaluated and discussed with you. Upon completion of the inspection you will receive a computerized report with digital photos documenting our findings.

We are home inspection professionals whose expertise is in evaluating residential structures. We do not recommend contractors or do repair work.
